An 1847 chapel converted into Grand Rapids' most architecturally striking brewery. Belgian-inspired ales brewed with care, served beneath vaulted ceilings and stained glass. The food is surprisingly good. The setting is genuinely extraordinary.

Grand Rapids' finest cocktail bar: a dimly lit, well-curated room where the bartenders take their craft seriously without taking themselves too seriously. The whiskey selection is deep, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the regulars know something you don't yet.

The Unmissable
The building was a mortuary chapel. Built in 1847, it sat vacant for years before Jason Spaulding and his team transformed it into one of the most beautiful taprooms in the country. Belgian-inspired ales, vaulted ceilings, stained glass, and exceptional food.
This is the kind of place Grand Rapids produces — unexpected, well-executed, and proud of its location. The beer is worth the visit. The building is worth the visit even without the beer.
